Within the context of the worship service, children are invited to sit on the chancel steps for a time with the pastor. They traditionally bring an offering with them (or one is provided). At the conclusion of the sermon, children ages 2 ½ to 12 years are met at the front of the sanctuary by a teacher and accompanied to Sunday School. Alternatively, children may choose to remain and worship with their family.
